paying over time with our 12-month plan (starting at $62.50/month)
or pay in full (starting at $750).

One time $125 administrative fee plus monthly payments
Spots are limited - once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Full subscription plans launch August 12 (you’ll receive an email with instructions).
Cancellations: Once payments start, cancellations result in a 50% refund of amounts paid (Admin Fee is non refundable), as your piece will already be in progress.

A: This helps cover the extra work and cost of creating this program - and ensures your spot is reserved.
Q: What if I change my mind?
A: The $125 fee is non-refundable (it reserves your spot in this limited run).
Q: When will my Wall Candy ship?
A: Membership Wall Candies will ship at the end of your one year membership in August 2026. Additional Wall Candy will ship out before Christmas if you order by September 20th. Any additional orders after September will ship at the end of your one year membership.
Q: Can I switch design/color later?
A: Yes! Email us within 7 days of making your selection to adjust.
Q: Can I pay in full now?
A: Yes, but do remember these are made just for you and each Wall Candy is handcrafted start-to-finish. The whole point of this is to slow down. Membership Wall Candies will not be received until the end of your one year membership. If you choose to purchase additional Wall Candies during your Membership (before September 20th) you will receive them by Christmas. All additional orders after that date will be shipped at the end of your one year membership. We cannot rush orders. Your patience ensures heirloom quality.
Q: Can I purchase multiple Memberships?
A: There’s no need to have more than one membership. Your membership includes the opportunity to purchase additional pieces paid in full (quantities are limited).
Q: What if I want more than one Wall Candy?
A: Become a member so you can shop collection..
Q: What if I miss a payment?
A: We’ll gently remind you. Unresolved delays may forfeit your your Wall Candy and 50% of your payments.
Q: What if I need to Pause?
A: Life happens! Email us to “pause” your payments for up to 3 months (no penalties). We use the Squarespace website platform, so technically the pause option is not available to us. Our workaround would be to cancel your subscription -but hold your spot. When you are ready to continue payments we will create a new subscription (minus the payments you already made).
Q: Do you charge extra for International?
A: We charge an additional $25 for international shipping, which is added to your $125 Reservation Fee. That is to cover the extra cost to ship your Wall Candy at the end of your subscription. There are no other additional shipping fees for the monthly snail mail. Those will be sent via USPS First Class International Mail.

Once your subscription payments begin, your Wall Candy enters our handmade production queue. If you choose to cancel:
You’ll receive 50% of your total paid amount as a refund. (Not including Admin fee $125)
The remaining 50% covers materials and labor already invested in your piece.
(Example: If you’ve paid $375 before canceling, you’d receive $187.50 back.)
We design this policy to honor both your commitment and our handmade process—each piece is started shortly after your first payment.
