A: Ron Nicole only ships within the US.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: All US orders receive free shipping.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Nothing ships out immediately.  We are a mom and pop shop.  All ready-made artwork will ship out in an average of 1-2 weeks from your order date. I you purchased artwork that was offered as a pre-sale, we will provide as accurate a time frame as we can in the shop listing, and keep you updated as we go. We do our best to let you know if things are taking longer than expected.

We use USPS priority mail for most things. You will receive tracking info once we have shipped your order. Depending on the dollar value of your purchase, signature may be required for delivery.

Q: Do you take special shipping requests?

A: We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but if you are moving, going on vacation for the summer, remodeling your home, or doing anything else that will prohibit you from receiving your package, we might suggest that you wait until you’re available before you purchase artwork. We DO NOT have the extra storage space to hang on to things indefinitely for you.

A: While I hope you love your new Ron Nicole piece, I am always happy to chat about any issues or concerns. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, let us know as soon as possible so that we can take immediate steps to remedy the situation. Whether it is issuing a credit, exchange, or refund, we will work out something quickly to make sure that you are happy.

Q: My piece was received damaged! What do I do?

A: Let us know as soon as you discover the issue. Send us a picture of the piece. If it’s an item we can easily replace we will send a new one out immediately. If it’s an item that is less easily replaced we will respond with as many options as we can come up with to make sure you still get an artwork you love. We are committed to serving our collectors, and will make sure you are made whole one way or the other.
